Custom Curved Glass - Return Policy

Special orders for “Custom Curved Glass” are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. It is STRONGLY advised that you both read and fully understand our descriptions of the terms that Central Glass Products, Inc. needs in order to complete your Custom Curved Glass orders.

The only way Central Glass Products, Inc. will accept a returned shipment is if it was refused upon delivery because of any damage that may have occurred during transit.

Please note, as in our shipping policy, Custom Curved Glass shipped by UPS is delivered Signature Required. Any shipment accepted by signature will be considered as, “Arrived in Good Condition”, and Will Not be acceptable for a return because of damage that occurred during transit.

It will be The Customers Responsibility to file claims with the Transit Company for any concealed damages not noted at the time of the delivery. The customer will be responsible for any charges incurred in this process and any charges to replace the damaged product if the product has not yet been covered by any concealed damage freight claim.

Central Glass Products, Inc. keeps Any and All Patterns, Purchase orders and any other information provided by our customer for the production of all Custom Curved Glass Orders.

After producing Custom Curved Glass to the customers specifications we also make patterns of the glass we produced for both the Customers protection and for our own.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Central Glass Products, Inc. will hold a (+/-) 1/8” tolerance to specifications provided to us by the customer for production of Custom Curved Glass Orders.

If there is found to be a mistake with the dimensions of your order, Central Glass Products, Inc. should be notified within (7) Business days from the time that you receive your order by phone, fax or e-mail of the mistake.

For any discrepancy in an order that is brought to our attention after the (7) days following the date of delivery, there may be a $25.00 research fee to evaluate the information that was provided to us for the order. If it is found that the dimensions we provided fell within our tolerances mentioned above, this fee may be added to the cost of the replacement piece. This fee will be waived if any discrepancies are reported within (7) days of accepting delivery or if the product that we provided did not fall within our tolerances as mentioned above.

We will compare all records on file and if it is found that we did not provide the specifications ordered within our tolerances mentioned above, we will replace the product as the original specifications called for, Free of Charge, shipped to the same destination which the original order was sent.

Handmade Novelty Glass - Return Policy

This policy covers Returns, Refunds and Exchanges for our Handmade Novelty Glass that is available for online sale. The Handmade Novelty Glass products from our Old Hickory line are in limited supply and will only be available while supplies last since we are no longer producing some of these items.

Returns and Exchanges

We take great pride in our work and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, if for any reason you are not happy with your order we do accept returns and exchanges. We ask that you please notify Central Glass Products, Inc. either by Phone, E-mail or Fax before you return your item(s).

If you choose to return an item Central Glass Products, Inc. both expects and requires you to do so within (7) business days of receiving the product. The product is required to be in the same condition, undamaged and packaged the same way you received it with its original packing that was included. You are also responsible for returning the item(s), pre-paid and insured for the item(s) original cost, to Central Glass Products, Inc.

Returned items, in their proper condition as stated above will be credited to your account for the amount of the item itself. We ONLY refund as store credit to your account we do not give cash refunds. The credit to your account will be for the price of the returned item. Credit issued will not include original shipping or insurance charges.

Central Glass Products, Inc. reserves the right to not accept a return and if a return is accepted there may be a re-stocking fee of up to (10%) if the item was not properly returned as instructed above.
